Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping access to your account secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your region to use Aisling.
Acceptable use
- Use Aisling only for lawful, personal purposes.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Don't misuse the app to harm others or infringe their rights.
Your content
Your dreams and entries are yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, and sync that content so the app can function for you. We don't claim ownership of it and we don't sell it.
Our content
The Aisling app, its design, and its original writing are our intellectual property. The lucid-dreaming techniques themselves are established methods (see the credits) presented in our own words; the methods are not owned by us.
Availability
We aim to keep Aisling available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Features may change, and we may pause or discontinue parts of the service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aisling and its makers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Aisling and delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
