Delete from inside the app (fastest)
- Open Aisling and go to Settings (the gear on the Tonight screen).
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and all data are removed immediately.
Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you, typically within a few days:
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account and sign-in identity.
- Every dream entry and its text.
- Your dream signs, tags, and reality-check history.
- Your technique progress and preferences.
This action cannot be undone, and no copy of this content is retained after deletion. Any local copy on your device is also cleared when you sign out or delete the app.
Retention
We don't keep your dream content after deletion. Minimal records required for legal or security purposes (for example, fraud prevention or complying with the law) may be retained only as long as necessary.
